On Saturday, February 08, 2020, at approximately 12:45 P.M., deputies from the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station served a search warrant for an illegal indoor marijuana grow house, in the city of San Jacinto. During the service of the warrant approximately 1200 fully grown marijuana plants were located in five makeshift grow rooms within the residence. An additional 30 pounds of processed marijuana, 5 pounds of concentrated cannabis, US currency, 35 lamps with ballasts, scales and packaging were located in the residence. California Edison located an illegal electrical by-pass underneath the electrical meter. Edison estimated the theft of utilities at $85,000. No subjects were located inside the residence, this investigation is on-going. Anyone with additional information is urged to call the San Jacinto Police Department Deputy DeMattia at (951) 654-2702.
