At the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, on March 3, 2020, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, Blythe Police Department, California Highway Patrol, Riverside County Probation, and the Post-Release Accountability Compliance Team (P.A.C.T- East), conducted a Zero Tolerance / Quality of Life Enforcement Operation throughout the unincorporated county area of the Palo Verde Valley and the city of Blythe.  The focus of this operation was to apprehend any subject found to be engaged in criminal activity.  The goal of this operation was to improve the overall quality of life for the citizens of the entire Palo Verde Valley by arresting those offenders 

The following subjects were arrested during this operation and booked into the Blythe Jail:

Luis Campo, 27, of Blythe, on view narcotics charges

Danielle Hanna, 32, of Blythe, on view narcotics charges

Manuel Hernandez, 35, of Blythe, under the influence of narcotics

Angel Martinez, 61, of Blythe, on view narcotics charges

Jesus Rivas, 31, of Blythe, narcotics warrant

Manuel Rivas, 27, of Blythe, on view narcotics charges

George Rivera, 40, of Blythe, various warrants

James Westin, 36, of Blythe, narcotics and theft warrants

David Wilson, 61, of Blythe, traffic warrant
