Technical Services Bureau

The Technical Services Bureau (TSB) is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of all information systems within the Sheriff’s Office. The technical staff at TSB provide direct support of computer equipment including end-user desktops, mobile data computers as well as network and datacenter operations. TSB also supports and maintains major applications such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Jail Information Management System (JIMS) and Data Warehouse.

With the support of Sheriff’s Administration, TSB personnel are encouraged to utilize the latest advancements in technology to support the ongoing safety of our staff and the public we serve.
