On November 15, 2019, at 12:26 am, deputies assigned to the city of Norco saw a vehicle illegally parked on Valley Drive and Country Club Drive, in the city of Norco. During the investigation, deputies learned that the driver, Cesar Romero, a 21-year-old resident of the city of Riverside, was in possession of a loaded firearm and large amounts of illicit narcotics.
Romero was booked into Robert Presley Detention Center for possession of a loaded firearm and possession of narcotics for sales.
