Details:
On June 3rd, 2020 around 5:54 PM, Thermal Station deputies assigned to the unincorporated area of Bermuda Dunes, in Riverside County, responded to the 79000 block of Four Paths Lane, regarding a disturbance. The investigation revealed a stolen truck was parked in the driveway and two suspects fled inside the residence. With the assistance of a helicopter and a canine handler, David Baker, 42 of Bermuda Dunes, was located in the backyard.
Deputies conducted a search of the residence and located over 13 ounces of suspected heroin. Baker was arrested for possession of heroin for sales and committing a felony while on bail. Baker was booked at the John Benoit Detention Center.
