This form should be used to report non-emergency property crimes that occurred in areas serviced by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.

• Do not use this form to report traffic accidents, stolen vehicles, stolen license plates, stolen firearms, missing persons, or assaults.
• Do not use this form if you have known suspect information.
• Do not use this form if the incident occurred on a state highway.
• Do not print this form and mail it in.
• This form must be filled out online with all mandatory fields completed or the report will be rejected.

This is a secure form. The information will only be reviewed by Riverside County Sheriff’s personnel.

By submitting this report you are certifying that the information provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. Remember it is a misdemeanor to make a false report of a crime (Sec. 148.5 CA Penal Code).

If you provided contact information on the form, a Sheriff's representative will contact you via e-mail or by phone if further information is needed. You will also receive confirmation of approval and a file number once your report has been reviewed and approved by our staff.
