On February 10, 2021, at 7:21 PM, Moreno Valley Station deputies were dispatched to the 22000 block of Alessandro Blvd. city of Moreno Valley regarding a carjacking. The victim was at the location when he was approached by a Hispanic male and assaulted.  After being kicked and punched numerous times, the suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and drove away from the location. Deputies canvassed the area and located the victim’s vehicle, but it was unoccupied. The Moreno Valley Station Robbery Burglary Suppression Team (RBST) assumed the investigation and began working several investigative leads. On February 11, 2021, RBST located the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect, Michel Garcia-Zazueta (23) from the city of Moreno Valley, was taken into custody without incident.
