On July 14, 2023, at 8:45 PM, deputies from the Moreno Valley Station received multiple calls of a car to car shooting in the area of Cottonwood Avenue and Edgemont Street. When deputies responded, they located evidence of a shooting in the street, but the involved vehicles had fled the location prior to the deputies’ arrival. No injuries were reported and no property damage has been identified at this time.
