The Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station, in cooperation with a local business, conducted an educational and awareness program regarding driving under the influence of alcohol. One goal of the program, titled “Know Your Limit,” is to educate patrons about how each drink affected their level of intoxication.

With the cooperation of Safe Haus Craft Beer & Kitchen, officers were allowed inside the establishment and voluntary alcohol screening tests were offered to patrons. After the tests, information regarding their level of intoxication and possible impairment were given to the patrons.

The operation was conducted between 5:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M., and a total of 16 people participated in the event. Through its cooperation with this program, Safe Haus has shown their commitment to the safety of their patrons and the community.

The Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station wishes to remind you that if you choose to drink alcoholic beverages, please designate a sober driver before getting into a vehicle.
