Details:
On December 24, 2019, at approximately 1:24 A.M., Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Deputies, assigned to the city of Menifee, responded to a report of a burglary at a rental and storage facility. An alert citizen saw two men stealing gasoline from the rental trucks on the property.

Responding deputies located the suspects, their vehicles and several large containers used for gasoline storage. Deputies arrested Roger Guerra, age 43 of Perris and Juan Godinez, age 30 of Perris. The citizen told responding deputies the subjects and their vehicles have been seen several times at the facility. The subjects were booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
