On December 30, 2019, at approximately 7:01 A.M., deputies from the Perris Station responded to a reported vehicle burglary in the 29000 Block of Citation Avenue, in the city of Menifee. The reporting party was awakened by barking dogs, and upon looking outside he observed three subjects in a blue truck parked in front of his house and one subject running from his driveway back to the truck. The reporting party went outside and observed the suspects going from house to house and going through his neighbors’ vehicles.

Deputies responded to the scene and detained the three suspects. The victim positively identified the suspects who were subsequently arrested. While at the scene, several neighbors reported their vehicles were just burglarized. Preliminary investigation revealed the suspects had numerous items of stolen property in their truck.  The recovered property was booked into evidence at the Perris Station, and will be returned to the rightful owners.
