At the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, investigators and deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station continued “Zero Tolerance” enforcement efforts throughout the cities of Lake Elsinore and Wildomar between January 14th and January 24th.  These efforts included directed patrol, the suppression of criminal activity and numerous contacts with the public.  All individuals arrested were booked at the Cois Bryd Detention Center for the below charges.

  • Jason Anderson, 48 of Murrieta for trespassing.
  • Cody Carpenter, 26 of Lake Elsinore for possession of a controlled substance & paraphernalia and a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
  • William Cockayne, 59 of Lake Elsinore for trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Anthony Covert, 22 of Lake Elsinore for felony weapons charge, felony violation of parole, and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Tracy Elliott, 55 of Lake Elsinore for public intoxication.
  • Christopher Franklin, 51 of Wildomar for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Russell Guerrero, 32 of Lake Elsinore for trespassing. 
  • Jordan Honore, 28 of Lake Elsinore for a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
  • Steven Martin, 44 of Temecula for four misdemeanor arrest warrants.
  • Ronald Palmer, 53 of Lake Elsinore for public intoxication.
  • Timothy Sparks, 25 of Wildomar for a felony arrest warrant.
  • Justin Uri, 24 of Lake Elsinore for a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
