On Monday, February 17, 2020, at 3:32 P.M., deputies from the Perris Station responded to an assault with a deadly weapon in the 500 Block of Indian Hills Circle, Perris. Upon deputies’ arrival, they located two juveniles suffering from non-life-threatening wounds. Both juveniles were treated by paramedics and transported to a local hospital for treatment. During a search of the scene, a firearm was recovered.
During the investigation, three juvenile suspects and one adult suspect was arrested. Gabriel Vasquez, 18-year-old from Perris, was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon, two juvenile suspects were booked into Juvenile Hall for assault with a deadly weapon, and one juvenile suspect was booked into Juvenile Hall for possession of a firearm.
