Details:

On July 16, 2020, deputies from the Perris Station Special Enforcement Team learned of an illegal marijuana grow operating on the 24000 block of Malaga Rd., in the unincorporated area of Romoland.  The investigation led deputies to obtain a search warrant for the property.  At the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, the search warrant was served on July 22, 2020.  A search of the property yielded 1,242 marijuana plants in various stages of growth.  All marijuana plants were subsequently eradicated from the property. 

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is committed to improving the quality of life for all who reside in the community.  “Community Policing” involves partnerships between law enforcement and community members.
