Details:

On Friday, July 17, 2020, members of the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force Region 6 (Perris/Lake Elsinore) along with the Perris Station Special Enforcement Team (SET), served a search warrant at a residence in the 17000 block of Haines Street in Mead Valley.  A search warrant had previously been served at the property in March of 2020 for an illegal marijuana growing operation. 

During recent weeks, Perris deputies located several stolen vehicles linked to the property, as well as illegal firearms.  During the search warrant, deputies discovered illegal drugs that were accessible to the children in the residence, drug paraphernalia, evidence of identity theft and fraud, ammunition, an unserialized “ghost” firearm, and high capacity magazines.  Riverside County Code Enforcement responded to the location and deemed the residence as unsafe and uninhabitable upon completion of their inspection.

Eight people were arrested for a variety of criminal offenses and were booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta.

  • Two felony warrants for Possession of Stolen Vehicles.

Lena Amparan, age 32, resident of Perris.

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 

Araceli Concebida, age 32, resident of Homeland.

  • Child Endangerment

Patricia Rosales, age 41, resident of San Jacinto.

  • Unlawful Use of Identifying Information

Jonathan Zapata, age 28, resident of Perris.

  • Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance

Trini Solis, age 26, resident of Perris.

  • Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
